Perennial launches branded eldercare and medical care integrated development in Tianjin
Perennial Holdings has a 49:51 joint venture with Minyoun Hospitality to manage hotels inside properties it owns and operate. Minyoun Hospitality is a recognized hotel owner and manager in China. The joint venture partners will operate 4 hotels with 960 spaces throughout several brands. Other facilities include over 32,000 sq ft of gathering, incentive, conference and exhibit rooms and 4 spot dining options.
