Surbana Jurong opens new global headquarters in Jurong Innovation District
The 10 towers are interconnected by a pedestrian pathway and enclosed courtyards, making it possible for natural sunlight and fresh air to stream with. The development features amenities like a 1,000-seater multipurpose place, a junior ballroom, rooftop balconies, a group lounge, table tennis, and an upcoming fitness center facility.
The campus covers 1.2 million sq ft in built-up space and can accommodate 4,000 staff members and the wider community across 10 towers. The campus is assumed to house employees from different entities in Singapore under one roof.
Sean Chiao, Group Chief Executive Officer of Surbana Jurong, says that the campus works as a living laboratory for introducing remedies and pressing the borders of eco friendly project. “In Surbana Jurong Campus, our different talents collaborate to resolve our consumers’ most complex problems, satisfying our purpose, Genuine influence, made with each other.”
The development has been rewarded the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Environment-friendly Mark Platinum Super Low Power and BCA-Health Promo Board Green Mark Platinum for Healthier Workplaces for its hard work in sustainability and promoting healthier lifestyles. This includes supplying end-of-trip centers, such as onsite bike shelfs and showers.

Surbana Jurong introduced its brand-new international headquarters, the Surbana Jurong Campus, in CleanTech Park in just the Jurong Innovation District. The facility was officially launched on March 13, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong in attendance.
The campus was created by Surbana Jurong’s architects in cooperation with Safdie Architects to show the concept of a “campus in nature.” Formerly an underdeveloped greenfield location, the campus has actually been created to maintain over half of its remaining environment-friendly space. Built-up eco-friendly places were replaced with roof gardens, lush indoor yards, and substantial exterior landscaping.
