GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award

Martin Modern, a luxury condominium by mainboard-listed real property developer GuocoLand, was named World Silver Winner in the Residential (Tower) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
The venture even won four significant honors at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Award in 2018 in the uncompleted properties classification, consisting of Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
