Office units at Samsung Hub and The Adelphi on the market for $30 mil

Samsung Hub is a 999-year leasehold business project making up 30 storeys. Found within the CBD, the office is near main banks and company central offices. It at the same time has a fully sheltered path connecting it to Raffles Place MRT Interchange Station.

A prime workplace unit at Samsung Hub on Church Street and two office units at The Adelphi on Coleman Street have been put up for sale, according to sole affiliate marketer Brilliance Capital in a July 3 announcement.

Sammi Lim, founder and exec director of Brilliance Capital, says that the individual strata titles at The Adelphi offer versatility for buyers to offer on a piecemeal manner or rent to several occupants.

The two adjacent commercial strata office space units at The Adelphi are located at the top ground of the establishment. The units measure 2,034 sq ft and 2,852 sq ft. They feature a function space, an open workplace, segmented workplaces, meeting room, a kitchen space, discussion location and storage space. The units have a combined overview price of $14.4 million, or $2,950 psf. They can be sold jointly or independently.

Both properties are qualified for immigrants to obtain without paying additional customer’s and seller’s stamp obligation.

The Samsung Hub office space unit rises on a high level and takes up 3,595 sq ft. The unit will be marketed with existing occupancy and is offered on an exclusive treaty basis. The office includes a column-free and normal layout. It has a guide rate of $4,350 psf, or about $15.6 million.

The Adelphi is a 999-year leasehold mixed-use development comprising a five-storey retail platform and a six-storey workplace block. It is located at the edge of North Bridge Road and Coleman Street, in the heart of the civic area and near to the CBD. The property has ample parking location of 382 parking area lots.
