Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has launched two new front runner buildings in Singapore, based in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas. According to the group, the dual launch becomes part of its continued growth in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific region.
Weave Residences – East Coast, nestled on Still Road, consists of 93 self-supporting residences, varying from studios to two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with personal pools. The residences, which are open for booking, have a launching rate of $3,700 per month, with a merest six-month stay.
The property lies in just 10 minutes’ stroll of Marine Parade MRT Stop on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also close to leisure and lifestyle hubs such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.
At The Same Time, Weave Suites – Hillside is located on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites varying from open-plan workshops to one and two-bedroom layouts.
“Our goal is to meet the needs of people and families looking for greater than simply a location to live– with these brand-new open we aim to supply an experience that improves their lives,” says Doshi.
Weave Suites – Hillside is readied to debut in March with commencing costs from $199 per night with a minimal six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.

The property was formerly referred to as Citadines Mount Sophia. A mutual project making up Weave Living and global asset manager Blackrock purchased the real estate in February last year for $148 million.
“With the intro of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are lifting luxury and serviced living, providing a brand-new standard of comfort and freedom that satisfy the diverse demands of today’s contemporary renter,” says Sachin Doshi, owner and group chief executive officer of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 news release.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living now has three properties in Singapore. Its very first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, which opened in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had jointly obtained the property, previously called Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
The estate is Weave Living’s very first pet-friendly area in Singapore and offers services on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, work out center, barbeque pit, and a family-friendly park.
The building stands near to Orchard Road. It is also within walking range of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stations, providing connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
Amenities at Weave Suites– Hillside contain a fitness center, yoga workshop, outside balconies, and open-concept lobbies. There are also co-working areas, private meeting rooms, and entertainment spaces finished with a games room, karaoke studio, and a theatrette.
