Banyan Group launches Banyan Tree Beach Residences Oceanus in Phuket
Homeowners of Banyan Tree Coastline Residences Oceanus are going to furthermore gain from community centers at the integrated resort, including association at Laguna Golf Phuket and a free Thailand Elite visa, which offers a five-year multiple-entry advantage. They will delight in special admission to services such as a private beach club, premium health and wellness centers from BDMS Health, and signature restaurants, health clubs and entertainment amenities.
Locally listed reception firm Banyan Group (previously Banyan Tree Holdings) has recently launched its brand-new residential project, Banyan Tree Seaside Residences Oceanus, in Phuket, Thailand. Positioned on Bang Tao Coastline, the project is located throughout a private surround of Banyan Group’s flagship Laguna Phuket resort. It features 16 beachfront residences, with measurements extending from 416 sq m to 768 sq m for the penthouses.
The group assumes record costs due to increasing demand for luxury property in Phuket. Stuart Reading, supervising director of Bantan Group Residences, includes: “Since there is no more enough prime beach front area to construct individual standalone villas, we have determined a brand-new option to develop much bigger, highly lavish beachfront apartments which provide as much space as a villa, yet in a complete solution where you do not need to handle the grounds yourself.”
Homes are going to also include living areas over 13m wide, double master bedrooms and luxury bathrooms. The group adds that to complete the premium lifestyle, a dedicated lap pool with a sunlight deck, together with an open grass featuring loungers and an outside dining area, is reserved entirely for the fortunate few locals.
Ground-floor properties are going to feature private pools extending from their balconies, whilst penthouses are going to provide views of Thailand’s Andaman Sea from huge living area verandas and rooftop balconies with exclusive pools and reflecting ponds.
