Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to include a all-day dining restaurant, coffee shop and lounge, health and fitness centre, swimming pool, spa and sauna facilities. It is near neighborhood amenities such as Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
Noh Dae Hyun, chairperson of MS&C Co, says, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural environments and local infrastructure, we aim to create a separated destination that incorporates hospitality, wellness and residential experiences.”
Located throughout a mixed-use property, the 96-room hotel includes an all-day dining place with a bar, and more than 10,000 sq ft of gathering and activity room. The real estate is near to Grade An office spaces and retail channels, with ease of access to major enterprise zone over the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long freeway circling around Hyderabad.

International reception giant Hilton has already revealed the signings of 2 new Hilton Garden Inn properties across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which will both launch in 2028.
In India, the firm has associate with Fairmont Group, a real estate firm based in the city, to present Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the company’s first hotel and resort in Hyderabad.
The 111-key hotel will be part of a larger mixed-use development, and is well-positioned to gain from Busan’s developing profile as a leisure, health and medical tourism hub, claims Hilton. The city is targetting to invite 100,000 foreign medical visitors yearly by 2030.
The resort is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the very first being a 208-key property in Gangnam, Seoul, that opened in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s third Hilton lodging, after the just recently started 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter will feature 304 guestrooms and suites.
Hilton Garden Inn is the company’s high end brand that offers economical accommodations with increased amenities. The brand has approximately 40 trading hotels in Apac.
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton signed a franchise business agreement with South Korean F&B producing company MS&C Co, to launch Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
